- Options and ideas for ways your partner can best support you during your labor.
- Birth Affirmations and how to address your own specific fears related to childbirth.
- Postpartum planning – this is simply a brainstorming session to help you plan for postpartum. We will cover freezer meals and meal trains, sibling and animal care (if applicable), cleaning, visitors, personal and baby care, breastfeeding, and the postpartum healing process.
