As a trained Stillbirthday Doula, we receive specialized training in how to best support those going through many different types of circumstances, such as:
birth in any trimester, and in any outcome
unconventional loss, which may include adoption or surrogacy
full term, uncomplicated, live birth with no connection in any way to bereavement
newborn nutrition and lactation options
and more
I am also a Doula at Labor of Hope, a local DFW non-profit organization. We specialize in supporting families with a critical or life-limiting diagnosis, whether that is baby, mom, dad, or a sibling. Feel free to check out the website if this may be something your family would benefit from.

I will be there to listen, comfort, instill confidence, and love on you as you transition into motherhood. The postpartum period is full of emotional and physical upheaval – this time can feel so overwhelming! Let me look after you so you can look after baby. I want to meet you where you are at, instill a strong foundation, and show you what ROCKSTAR parents you are! My goal is to leave you feeling better than how I found you. I can teach your loved ones how to best support and help you during this time, cook and prep healing foods, assist with breastfeeding, baby care and infant massage, babywearing, swaddling, soothing sleep techniques, sibling care, hold the baby while you sleep or shower, and be that shoulder to cry on.
Additional hours can be purchased at $25/hour.
Postpartum Meal Prep – $120, plus your personal cost of groceries
Before our session, we will work together to come up with a nourishing, healing meal plan, full of meals you know and love.
Once we have our grocery list, you will place a pickup order, and I will pick it up on the way to your house.
I will make all of the meals in your own kitchen. It will be a combo of freezer and fresh, depending on your personal preferences.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy a fridge full of home cooked meals!
