Basic Birth Doula Package – $800

• One Prenatal Birth Planning Session to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and to sign a contract.
• Unlimited phone, text and e-mail support to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and early labor.
• One optional meet and greet provider visit (Midwife, OB, Chiropractor). Can be exchanged for an additional prenatal birth prep meeting.
• One 36-38 week Birth Plan consult.
• Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help the you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby’s birth.
• One-two hours postpartum doula care and initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth.
• One postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period.

Premium Doula Package – $950

• Everything included in the Basic Doula Package.
• Two 3 hour Postpartum Doula Sessions.

There are so many things to think about before baby comes… My personalized Birth Planning Consults can help you make sure nothing falls through the cracks! Some of the things we cover:

• A detailed Birth Preferences Sheet to help you decide in advance your desires before labor, during, interventions you may or may not want, after birth, etc. I can also take this time to explain any potential interventions or procedures and provide resources so you can make an informed decision.
• Different positions to help with pain relief, early labor, active labor, and pushing.
• Options and ideas for ways your partner can best support you during your labor.
• Birth Affirmations and how to address your own specific fears related to childbirth.
• Postpartum planning – this is simply a brainstorming session to help you plan for postpartum. We will cover freezer meals and meal trains, sibling and animal care (if applicable), cleaning, visitors, personal and baby care, breastfeeding, and the postpartum healing process.
